Compliance guarantee: if your photo is rejected by an administration for non-compliance with official standards, we will fully refund you upon presentation of proof of rejection (administration certificate or screenshot of rejection reason). This guarantee only applies if the original photo provided met basic requirements (clear face, well-lit, neutral expression).

The user remains responsible for the quality of the original photo provided. Rejections due to defects in the source photo (blur, backlight, closed eyes, etc.) are not covered by the guarantee.

Apart from the compliance guarantee above, photonet.app shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the service or inability to access it.

8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These legal notices are governed by French law. As photonet.app is established in France, French law applies to all contractual relationships.

In case of dispute, and after an attempt at amicable resolution, French courts shall have jurisdiction. Consumers residing in the European Union may consult the list of dispute resolution bodies: consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu.
